Power-Pack overhaul

In addition to the classic business of engine reconditioning, we have also been reconditioning complete drive systems for many years. These plants vary from vehicle manufacturer to vehicle manufacturer. Moreover, they were also built from Euro 2 to Stage 3B in different generations. The design of the individual components results in a variety of combinations.

The scope of the reconditioning is determined by the customer and, according to the Motoren Feuer GmbH standard, also includes the renewal of the muffler, the air-conditioning compressor and the wedge bearings, including fastening material. The customer has thus gained time and has only one contact person for the entire drive.

Regardless of whether the engine has an output of 275kW or 390kW, we are able to recondition or repair the complete unit without any significant lead time.
